Three Rivers Ranch Fly Fishing Outfitters Services
There are rivers you just have to cross off your ‘bucket-list’. The top four rivers, by far, are the Henrys Fork, South Fork of the Snake, Teton River & the Owyhee River. Probably 97% of the time, clients prefer to fish these rivers with a drift boat (the Owyhee is a walk / wade fishery). There will be times each river might not be fishing as well, but as we usually say, the Henrys Fork is always fishing. Always. A lot of anglers consider this to be one of the top rivers for trout fishing in the world.
When you fish from a drift boat you can get your chance to walk & wade as well. Your guide will help you get to the best places, then you can work over some of the best spots throughout the day.
The best part of fishing with us is all of our fly shop locations! When you meet your guide for the day, you don’t have to drive as far to one of our fly shops.
Location, Location, Location. Where do you want to fish today? Not such a big question if you aren’t licensed to fish the right places! We can guide in more places than any one outfitter around. Want to fish the Henry’s Fork, no problem. South Fork of the Snake, let’s do it! The Teton, Madison, Firehole, Hebgen Lake, Bechler River, all in all there are over 16 different blue ribbon rivers, literally thousands of miles of amazing rivers, lakes, and reservoirs all at your finger tips. The honest truth is: we have more fishable waters than you have time!
The best part of fishing with us is that we have a fly shop close to you no matter where you are in the State of Idaho:
Driggs Fly Shop – 40 minute drive from the Conant Boat Ramp on the South Fork of the Snake River
Island Park Fly Shop – Throw a rock across the street to the Railroad Ranch & the Henrys Fork of the Snake River. We are also 35 minutes to West Yellowstone, Montana & the Madison River.
Ashton Fly Shop – The closest fly shop to the lower section of the Henrys Fork of the Snake. You pass our shop if you’re floating Warm River to Ashton.
Boise Fly Shop – Less than a mile from the Boise River & short drive to the Owyhee River & the S.F. of the Boise. We can’t guide you, but we can point you in the right direction!
The canyon section of the South Fork is one of the last great overnight scenic trips in the west. Our award winning guides and staff will provide an overnight camping experience that can only be compared to a night at the Ritz. The camp is nestled in the deep canyon surrounded by towering cottonwoods.
We also offer a unique experience on Oregon’s Wild and Scenic Grande Ronde River. Enjoy a multi day steelhead fishing trip through this wilderness area in the fall. A trip that is a once in a lifetime experience.

What Client’s Say
This fly fishing ranch has such a magical quality to it like nothing I have experienced before. It feels like you have gone back in time. There was so much great history associated with the ranch which has been run by the same family generation after generation and you can tell they really take pride in it. I felt like I was family there, and couldn’t believe how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The property is absolutely spectacular, right along a mountain creek with quaint little cabins nestled along the rock too but what I looked forward to the most were the spectacular dinners that the chef made every night. This place is first class all the way but in a laid back, fun atmosphere. Even being a wife that came along for my husband who was into fishing (and me not so much), we got to go on a float with a guide down the river that had the most beautiful scenery. I even spotted a family of owls along the rock cliffs and we got some great photos. I would highly recommend checking this place out!!
This place is a home run by all standards……quality and variety of fishing, accommodations, quality and friendliness of guides, food,….you name it. Will definitely go back. This place is 5+ stars!!!
“A Fly-Fishing Trip that rivals a Trip to France”
After several fishing trips including one guided, I was ready to stop accompanying my husband. I not only caught my first dry-fly fish, but more than I could count on our 5 day adventure (including a 19” brown). Our guide, Cliff, was not only knowledgeable in the art of fishing, but pointed out flora and fauna we would have missed. The cabin was perfectly appointed, including bath salts and aloe, which thankfully we didn’t need. The food was exceptional – fresh baked goods daily (cinnamon rolls and Dutch oven peach cobbler to die for), not to mention lamb, ribeye steaks, and pork tenderloin. We took the overnight trip on the South Fork of the Snake and can’t recommend it more highly. What’s better than being serenaded to sleep by an owl and waking to view an osprey across the river? Breakfast, lunch, cocktails before dinner – my idea of ‘roughing’ it!
