Slow everything down. Winter conditions make the fish easily spooked. Owyhee flows drop very low this time of the year. The browns are near the end of spawning but be CAREFUL not to tread on any reds through out the riffles. Winter conditions on the O slow things down a bit, the water is low and clear and the fish are very spooky. Long light leaders are the trick! Around noon you will start to see BWO and midge hatch. Streamer fishing can be productive in deep pockets of water. nymphing is another great option, no need for heavy flies or split shot.
